Semiautomatic machine for to cut and finish the strip brushes made in natural and synthetic fibers.
The machine is endowed with a trimmer head with double cut (RSS/08), plus one flagging station (two flagging heads), plus one cutting and finisching station (RB/03-H30)
The machine is suitable for a suction tube of diameter 80 mm.
The loading of the brushes is manual. The brushe is dragged automaticallly to the working area and there are no brush lenght limits.
If necessary, inverting the direction of rotation of the driving wheels, the brush go back to the operator, making a further step/cut of finishing.
In standard mode the brush goes out, after only one step, on the opposite side.
