TWISTER/10

TRIMMER MACHINE FOR TWISTED BRUSHES

The TWISTER/10 is designed to trim metallic twisters whit minimum achievable diameter 5mm whereas for natural and synthetic filament brushes a  minimun diameter of 3.5 mm can also be reached. 

The machine is suitable with all our clippers. The twister is loaded and rotated manually.

The TWISTER/10 can be used for to trimm the conical twister too. You can to trimm twisters until 140 mm lenght and with two steps until 280 mm.

The machine is equipped with protections that prevent the cut material to hit the operator.

Changes are possible at the customer's request.
